Helene Minkin, a Jewish immigrant in America, dedicated to the cause of freedom, gives her account of her life in the anarchist movement. As the partner of Johann Most, one of the most infamous anarchists of his time, Helene Minkin had a unique behind-the-scenes view of crucial episodes in revolutionary history. Most of what we know of this period has remained fairly static for close to a century. In particular, little in the way of new primary sources have found their way to publication. This title sheds new light on an incredibly important time in history.
