The wizard Custos has died, and his lair lies ripe for the taking! But when the lich Valindra Shadowmantle threatens to subjugate Custos' menagerie of monsters to her own vile ends, the creatures band together to win their freedom once and for all! Join Tilli, the lycanthrope rogue, Mucus Cubus, the gelatinous cube wizard, Strago, the undead paladin, Q'Laxx, the polymath mind flayer, and Looksy, the adorable baby beholder, as they form an adventuring party and embark on a quest across the Forgotten Realms. Along the way, they'll do battle with the Red Wizards of Thay and the agents of the Harpers. Nothing will stand between these monsters and reclaiming their destiny!
