Quinn Victoria Caine is back in her hometown of Vienna, Virginia. Her parents have a charming bookshop, and that's where sh's made her new life as a book binder, and she has the best trusty sidekick, German shepherd RBG - 'Ruff Barker' Ginsburg. All is well in the world of QVC, that is, until she finds her old high school nemesis Tricia Pemberley dead on the road. As it turns out, her ex Scott Hauser had recently become engaged to Tricia, who had seemed particularly concerned about Quinn's re-emergence in Scott's life. Quinn and Scott have no hard feelings, and have hardly communicated since she's been back in town. Most folks in town believe in her innocence, but of course that doesn't influence the police, who peg her as their prime suspect. Or, at least until she's poisoned. But there is no way Quinn is going to stop now. Vienna is her town and - for better or worse - Tricia was one of their own. Someone may have killed the mocking girl, but no one's going to stop the notorious QVC.
