In 1990, Jon and Mickey Bowie met up with friends at a Red Roof Inn outside of Columbia, Maryland. When police came to break up the party, they violently beat the twins. The Bowie brothers pressed charges for excessive force, leading to months of harassment from the police. Just before they were due in court Jon's body was discovered on top of the backstop at the high school baseball field. His death was immediately declared a suicide. But as law enforcement seemed intent on preventing the truth from surfacing, family friend David Parrish discovered a system of cover-ups that could only lead to one conclusion - Jon's death was murder.
