Set in a post-apocalyptic San Francisco in the wake of a nuclear disaster, Dirty in Cashmere follows Ricky Bellamy who suffers visions after having been shot in the head by a vigilante. Contamination has spread across the state of California, and criminals fight for an experimental vaccine called Life. As Ricky squats in abandoned houses, having branded himself an oracle who can see the future, he finds his skills are called upon by more powerful forces and he must strive to predict is the city's future - the mirror of his own destiny.
