The first collection in English of writings by Ricardo Flores Magon (1874-1922), a legend in Mexico. Through his newspaper, Regeneracion, Magon boldly criticised the injustices of Mexico's military dictatorship and worked to build the popular movement that eventually overthrew it. Exiled to the US, Magon continued to agitate for revolution. He was finally murdered in Leavenworth Penitentiary in 1922.
