About the book

Eddy Nugent is like most soldiers in peacetime - 95% of his time is spent drinking, chasing girls and generally annoying his sergeants and officers. Eddy Nugent and the Map of Africa finds him in 1990, out of training and posted overseas, first to Belize and then to Germany. Here he involves himself, often by accident, in a series of scrapes and escapades which usually end with him in pain, military prison, or both.
