Jessica's friend, Eve Simpson, is Cabot Cove's premier real estate agent and is currently trying to sell one of the town oldest properties - the Spencer Percy House. Unfortunately, not only is the building in deplorable condition, it's also rumoured to be haunted. Things only get worse when the home's elderly occupant dies under suspicious circumstances. Now as Jessica investigates, Eve hires a medium to rid the house of the alleged apparition. But if Jessica isn't careful, she may join the ranks of the dearly departed.
