About the book
The Cramps are more than a band: they re an enduring phenomenon. Formed in Akron, Ohio around the nucleus of married couple Lux Interior and Poison Ivy, the band spent three decades bringing their unique brand of fuzz-laden punkabilly horror to the masses. Lux s death in early 2009 instigated a long-overdue reappraisal of this unique group s legacy. Featuring exclusive interviews, this is the first fully endorsed history of the band.
