The Garrison. A place governed by its own laws. A place that is a political stronghold. A place where violence and suffering are a way of life. A place where only the strong survives. Rosewater Meadows is such a place. Ruled by Birdman, Bambino and the rest of the gang, it is not a place where outsiders dare to enter after dark. Tall, handsome and well-hung, Bambino is the youngest, but most ruthless, member of the gang. He only cares about one thing in life: the almighty dollar. Or so he thinks. A series of events changes Bambino's perspective and gives him a fresh outlook on life.
