About the book
Dark erotic prose-poems by a founding member of Siouxsie & The Banshees. Frozen tableaux of menacing eroticism that lay bare the brutal machinations that lurk beneath human relationships. Nightmare fragments from a dark imagination whose lineage numbers, among others, Sacher-Masoch and Bataille. The text is complemented by dark, surreal line drawings by celebrated artist Catharyne Ward. A delicacy of style that lulls the viewer into a false of security.
