About the book
The new mansion in the city is looking for employees, and Clement is pretty sure getting a job there will be a piece of cake - unlike the other applicants, he's a totally normal guy. But appearances can be deceiving, and the competition is fierce... Who will get the job? A picture book highlighting questions of identity and social norms from award-winning author-illustrator Canizales, WEIRD is about embracing difference and being respectful. Through colourful illustrations and joyful dialogue, each character's unique characteristic is celebrated as being an essential part of their personality.
