Over ten years of transgression now dating back to 2009, Noir Publishing looks to celebrate all things extreme and controversial in cinema, music & wildlife. Ranging from the cult Necronomicon magazine which spawned its larger book siblings, to seventies film classics, zombie films, Guillermo del Toro, to Japanese horror cinema, Noir Publishing has travelled the globe to bring film fans a unique insight into these challenging, fun and often outrageous movies which shun the mainstream. In addition, the gothic and groundbreaking collide in equal measures in the fever dream study of Alien Sex Fiend’s music in Once Upon A Fiend, whilst adventure and danger live side by side in tv star Austin Stevens exploits in The Last Snake Man. All in all, an explosion of niche, cult and downright dangerous - least expected from the leafy idyll of Noir Publishing’s rural Herefordshire locale.
