The British Association for Adoption and Fostering (BAAF) has been supporting, advising and campaigning for better outcomes for children in care for over 30 years. We work with everyone involved in adoption and fostering across the UK, with our regional and country offices in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland providing services to meet the needs of some of the UK’s most vulnerable children and young people. We also publish the UK’s biggest and best range of books and other resources on adoption and fostering including handbooks, practical guides, academic studies, children’s books, personal memoirs, training materials and multimedia tools. Our titles are written and designed to provide insight, information and advice for adoptive parents, foster carers, children and young people, students, academics, social workers and the wider children’s workforce.
